SHIPPING POLICY
We crate and ship all of our devices to ensure they arrive in the condition they leave our facility. It takes sometimes 7-14 business days to arrive after purchase. Each delivery is different. If you choose to use your own carrier the warranty for the purchased device may not be extended. We use Team World Wide as our national carrier.
RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY
The equipment is sold with the following warranty and return policy. Seller guarantees that the system will arrive in good working condition and will extend a Thirty (30) day warranty on the unit against manufacturer’s defects caused by normal system use and will not cover any negligence, misuse of hand pieces and/or accessories. You also have a 3 day return policy and if for some reason the buyer decides to return the system a ten (10) percent re-stocking fee will apply.
